Customer Oriented Social Media

There are many challenges concerning the building of customer oriented social media applications for businesses with a very specific product or service.

We can write tons of stories to describe the company, make it better known, but the task becomes trickier when start to target decision makers.

How can we filter out "general interest" and those who come "by accident" to our site or blog?

I'd like to discuss with you about how to approach those who would like to modernize their working methods and motivated to talk about these subjects.

I need to move from "general" to a very specified communication mode.
