This morning we solved a "plug-in" problem with a Free Service. The alternative would have been four days of travel back and forth and 1 500 km of driving. The solution surfaced through an internet, mobile and Irl-meeting. Saving four days of travel and two persons working time came through microanalyzis of the problem and interactive problem solving involving four individuals. Time to solution was half an hour.
