Let me tell this one, two, three times. I know the game and feel pretty confident. We're on the right track but still grasping for the air.

We've to do a lot more to get in grips with the micro details of technology. I'm concerned: technology isn't enough to get results.

It's really imporyant to understand the whole value chain. We need to continue checking and build a deeper connection with tech reality.
