Are you a Citizen Journalist?
What comes to mind when you hear the phrase citizen journalist? Do you think of reporters on the evening news, or newspaper writers? Well you would be wrong.
Citizen journalist are everyday people who have not had any type of training. There are several ways a person can perform citizen journalism.
Many of these ways you are probably already doing.
Lets look at a few of the ways you might be doing citizen journalism.
Helge: I'm an emerging CJ. It has been a long road. Started as a ocaasional blogger and now being an occasional CJ. I writen now and then for HULIQ but plan to write more in the future. I've to climb over a few tresholds:
- Blogging is more personal
- A Citizen Journalist has to be more objective
- A CJ is a public service
- A blog is my owen thoughts
