What can we do with blogs?

Corporate blogging is still quite new in Finland.

We've started a campaign to see what we can get out from areas around the National Route 6.

This includes Northern Carelia. We take special interest in Joensuu, Kitee, Nurmes, Lieksa, and some other municipalities in that region.

Our goal is to create an independent communication strategy based on material we have collected from the area since early 1980's.

We've personal reasons for this orchestrated effort. The Finnish language blog CUVIA covers this area in detail. I'll build a communication strategy here as a model for how to improve regional communication.

This information will also be a part of the HULIQ campaign to build a global citizen journalists network. The goal to have 100 to 200 writers around the globe is still a vision, but we already have ideas about how to reach this goal.
