We work with different models for mobile services.

Creative Writing and Building a Production Team

Hello, we are looking for writers and photographers.

  • A good story needs visual elements.

  • Can we use cartoons?

  • Should we start a photo gallery?

  • Flickr could be used.

  • There are millions of possibilities.

  • How about video clips?

  • I'm figuring out how to produce great ideas and transform them to good stories.

  • The point of view is enhanced by creative writing.

Building Global Network of Citizen Journalists and Bloggers | Huliq

That's a goal. It might take some time. But we can manage it with a joint effort. The globe is getting smaller. It's true, we need to get down to the villages level to get NEW NEWS.

Building Global Network of Citizen Journalists and Bloggers | Huliq: "Building Global Network of Citizen Journalists and Bloggers Huliq, believing in the power of knowledge and sharing of information unveils a program to build a global network of volunteer journalists and bloggers who will report local news on any topic that is happening in a local setting.

Important events are always happening in small towns or tiny neighborhoods of big cities. However, how many times do we hear about them? Large media organizations may not be able to go to those corners and cover the news from those areas.

HULIQ.com wants to address this issue by inviting volunteer bloggers, journalists, students, teachers, professionals and active members of the public to take pride in building a citizen powered news network that will report news as it happens from their local corners.

Our goal is to have at least 150-200 active bloggers and news writers who would report long or short news stories regularly from their part of the world. We hope these writers and bloggers are evenly spread in the four corners of the world."

New features at Huliq

Armen Hareyan wrote to me 6:20 AM (3 hours ago) about new features on www.huliq.com . Huliq is a Citizen Journalist site. We've been working together for over a year. New features are added on a continuous basis. The newest being INSTANT NEWS.

Hi Helge,

How have you been? Please take a look at the new feature at huliq.com home page Instant news.

Thank you

armen

Helge: Nice to know. I've new things to write about. I've in the middle of a biotechnology business transformation process. I will write more in the near future. Collecting stuff to this blog. Have a nice week-end. I added an INSTANT NEWS about Mikkeli.
HULIQ Goes Mobile:
Report News From
Your Cell Phone

Mobile readers and cell phone users now can view the news stories from HULIQ.com via their mobile and hand-held devices.

Especially exiting is that Mobile users can not only read but also comment on the news stories as well as report short news stories through their cell phones.

Our friend Jeff did a great job in preparing the mobile version for HULIQ.

We are looking forward, as we only really support the modern handheld devices, in particular those that support the opera mini browser and that we have high hopes that in time there will be much better standards for mobile browsers.

Look forward to other new features such as the Instant News feature that another friend of HULIQ Dave Buchanan is building for us. This unique feature is coming up soon.

Good Morning Huliq

I'm on my way to Helsinki. We got snow to southern Finland yesterday. Had to change to winter tires this morning at 7 am. The weather isn't cold by Finnish standards: - 3 C. But it's an indication for winter on its way to our country.

Global warming is however an important issue. The climate has changed. We should have snow in the northern parts. But we don't.
